Injury Assessment and Analysis

Welcome to our hour-long injury assessment and analysis session. Our first step is to thoroughly discuss your injury and identify potential contributing factors. Once we have a clear understanding of the injury, we will proceed with a comprehensive assessment to analyze your movements and develop a further understanding of your injury. This assessment will help us identify any physical factors that may have contributed to your injury or should be addressed in our final comprehensive plan.


After completing the movement assessment, we will collaborate to break down and discuss all the identified factors. Together, we will create a customized plan to address these findings, which may include targeted exercises, movement modifications, and other relevant interventions.
