IN-Person Physical Therapy & Training
During this one-hour session, we’ll assess your injury history, movement patterns, and individual needs to identify any areas of concern. These findings guide the development of a personalized program designed to improve movement quality, reduce pain, and help you reach your specific goals.
Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a seasoned athlete, or brand new to fitness, I work collaboratively with each individual to understand their training background and current abilities. My goal is to help you learn how to safely modify, manage, and progress your training so you can move with confidence and build long-term independence.

Hybrid (In-Person + Online)
This hybrid service combines hands-on, in-person care with structured training support outside of the clinic. You’ll receive monthly customized programming tailored to your individual needs, with ongoing guidance delivered through the TrueCoach app for seamless communication, feedback, and progress tracking.
This model is ideal for motivated individuals who want to take ownership of their fitness goals—whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility and long-term durability, or work through a lingering injury with intelligent, progressive training.

Remote Coaching
This service includes monthly customized programming focusing on your individuals needs and uses the TrueCoach App for seamless & integrated feedback/communication. This service is perfect who is recovering for an injury. This includes nagging overuse injuries and post-surgical care including Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction (ACL-R), meniscus surgeries and other post-surgical care. Get back to what you love with on demand care from your own home/gym and spend less time driving to the clinic.
